icoach
What is it?
icoach is an online health coaching tool designed by the
European Commission to help people all over Europe stop
smoking. It's based on pioneering research and aims to help
you understand how ready you are to quit, and how motivated you
are.
You start by filling in an easy questionnaire you then receive
tailored feedback, advice and tasks as well as daily email tips as
reminders and for motivation. You can record your progress
using an online diary. At the end of every month you receive a
report on your progress, and how much money you've saved. You can
also talk to others giving up at the same time in the forum.
